(4) Files now save a sample number (NumSample) in the #ExtraInfo# section, so the actual decimal and thousand separators are stored even when only the separators were changed under the same regional setting.
(5) On load, separators are read from the sample number first, then the saved regional setting, then detected from the numbers in the file, then the system setting.
(6) Files with no #ExtraInfo# section now have their decimal separator detected from the file contents.
(7) Show Locale now displays the saved number sample and reports the live system separators, including manual overrides.
